Hours of Operation

Court Hours

  • The City Court will be open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 07:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
  • The Court will be closed on the days specified § 1-1-216 MCA.

Court Sessions

  • Open Court, Initial Appearances and Arraignments will be held each Wednesday 10:00 AM.
  • Changes of Plea and Orders to Show Cause will be set on Wednesdays at 11:00 AM.
  • Omnibus Hearings will be set on alternating Wednesdays at 01:00 PM.
  • Status Hearings will be set on Wednesdays at 02:00 PM.
  • All other hearings will be set on Wednesdays at 03:00 PM.
  • Trials will set on Mondays or Thursdays starting at 09:00 AM.

 

  • The Court may set matters outside of the above schedule to accommodate attorneys and the Twenty-Second Judicial District Court, Carbon County schedule.
