Record Search Request Procedure

• City Court will perform record searches upon request for a charge of $10.00 per name. Additional copies may be subject to further fees.
• Government agencies may request a record search free of charge.
• Records will not be released until fees are paid.

Case Files and Audio Recordings Search Request Procedure

• City Court will perform provide copies of case files and audio recordings. A fee of $35.00 for an audio DVD and $0.25 per black and white page.
  • Fees/Costs are set per Red Lodge City Resolution # 3411.
• Government agencies may request copies free of charge.
• Documents and Recordings will not be released until fees are paid.

City Court Record Search

• If you need a record search, City Court will be happy to assist you.
• The search will only cover citations issued by the Red Lodge Police Department and cases which have been filed in City Court.
