- Starting July 1, 2023, the local recycling center will return to city management under the Public Works Department.
City residents will be charged $6 per month and have access to the recycling center during drop-off hours. Non-city residents may purchase an annual membership for $120 or pay a $10 drop fee per visit to utilize the center. Businesses may purchase an annual membership for $300 or pay a $10 drop fee per visit.
