Filing Documents in City Court

The Red Lodge City Court of Record accepts documents being filings by hand delivery, US Mail, fax, and email.

If the filing contains the Defendant’s signature and Defendant’s Attorney is filing by email or fax, the Defendant’s Attorney shall also provide the document with original signatures, via US Mail or hand delivery.
